Product Details

Marshalls' Tegula Priora Permeable Paving range is the permeable version of Marshalls' popular Tegula paving range.

Tegula Priora block paving is a SuDS-compliant surfacing solution, ideal for use in rural, rustic projects. With the same finish and look as our popular Tegula range, Tegula Priora is lightly weathered, multi-size, and long-lasting.

How Priora works:

The Priora system from Marshalls has been proven for over 15 years of successfully installed projects. The innovative nib on the edge of the Priora blocks creates voids for the water to fall into a specially prepared sub-base. This design ensures effective water management and compliance with Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) regulations. Additionally, the block design provides 40% more interlock than standard block paving, enhancing surface stability and durability.

Where to use Tegula Priora:

Manufactured in Mainland Britain, Tegula Priora is available in a range of popular colours, two depths, and three different plan sizes to help achieve a variety of laying patterns. It is suitable for all loading requirements, making it ideal for use in civic, retail, commercial, and residential developments. The traditional sizes and colours create a classically British aesthetic that suits both rustic and rural projects and distinctive showpiece schemes.

  • Aesthetically appealing: The lightly weathered finish and resemblance to natural stone setts give it a timeless and elegant look.
  • Versatile: Available in multiple sizes and popular colours, Tegula Priora can be used to achieve various laying patterns and depths to suit any range of trafficking requirements.
  • Durabile: Suitable for any loading application, it is designed to withstand heavy traffic and provide long-lasting performance.
  • SuDS Compliant: The innovative nib design ensures effective water management, making it a sustainable choice for modern developments.
  • Manufactured in Britain: Meaning a lower carbon footprint compared to imported alternatives.
