Once you've logged in to your account, in the top right hand corner you will see an icon for the settings screen (a small cog). Click on this icon and your details will load, amend as required and press save.
On the Visualiser Projects screen (the first screen after you have successfully logged in), click on the + symbol in the top left corner to begin creating a new project.
You will need to know the width and length of your project space at its largest point, you will also be required to name your Project so that the tool can save it.
We have 5 pre-defined shapes for you to pick from, however if your garden is a different shape, you can draw it using the Draw Shape option.
There are three different movement options as well as stock angles that can be used to navigate around your project. See the other entries in this section for more information.
These arrows allow you to move the camera from side to side and forwards and back. The closer you are to the centre of the arrows the slower the camera will move in your chosen direction.
The slider allows you to move the camera up and down (lower and raise). The closer to the centre point of the slider, the slower the camera will rise/lower in your chosen direction.
By clicking and holding, you will be able to change the angle at which you can view your project. This changes the view from where you've positioned your camera. The further you move the mouse from the original click point the faster the camera angle will move.
Since the Garden Visualiser is a 3D design tool, it can take a little bit of practice before getting the hang of it but once you do you'll be flying around your landscape project in no time. Alternatively you could try using some of our stock camera angle views.
When designing your project, in the top left corner, you will see three icons, if you click on the middle one (The 3 directional arrows), you will be presented with a choice of 5 stock camera angles.
