The Modal X Priora® range is available in eight colours, seven plan sizes and two depths including three complementary sett sizes featuring a textured riven surface. Inspired by the most popular Conservation X and Modal paving ranges, which incorporates the La Linia range, Modal X offers a truly premium, contemporary range.

Marshalls' market-leading Priora system has been proven for over 15 years of successfully installed projects. With the innovative nibs on its edges, each flag allows water to drain into the joints and into a specially prepared sub-base. Water then filters into the ground, or undergoes a controlled release into a designated drain, reducing the need for point drainage solutions. The edge of each paving flag allows each unit to be laid in any direction or orientation while still achieving 40% more interlock than standard paving, the result is a design-leading, dry surface made even safer for pedestrians with its exposed aggregate surface creating a skid and slip resistance.

Modal X Priora® gives specifiers higher levels of flexibility when creating landscape designs in mixed-use spaces.

Suitable for both pedestrianised and high-traffic areas, Modal X Priora offers a wide range of warm, neutral, and complementary colours. This includes the captivating new pink granite, along with favourites like silver grey and light granite to provide an extensive breadth of choice for contemporary, beautiful designs for all multi-use areas.

Locally manufactured in Britain using Marshalls concrete technology, providing a low carbon alternative to granite and cost-effective, flexible installation.
