Priora Permeable Block Paving

Priora is Marshalls original Concrete Block Permeable Paving (CBPP) system, and the best-selling system of its type in the UK. Combining the ever-popular aesthetics of Keyblok block paving with a source-control SuDS solution, Priora paving not only looks great but also mitigates flood risk, removes surface water, and improves water quality without the need for additional linear drainage systems.

Manufactured in Mainland Britain, the Priora system from Marshalls has been proven for over 15 years of successfully installed projects. The innovative nib on the edge of the Priora blocks creates voids for the water to fall into a specially prepared sub-base. The block design also provides 40% more interlock than standard block paving, helping to enhance surface stability. A variety of laying patterns can be achieved using the 200x100 blocks, and as long as the sub-base is installed to Marshalls specification, Priora is suitable for all loading requirements.

There are different surface profiles available, each with their own properties to suit your requirements; these include Standard, Pencil Edge, and Colourtop. Standard Priora has chamfered edges to minimise spalling and create a classical aesthetic. Pencil Edge Priora minimises the chamfer to provide a smoother, flatter surface, which helps to minimise vibration and surface noise from the wheeled traffic that uses it, making it an ideal paving product for car parks and cycleways. Colourtop Priora is perfect for delineation between parking bays and road lanes, as well as for permanent floor signage.
