When we say “Marshalls”, “the Company”, "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Marshalls group of companies responsible for processing your data.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

We work with external providers such as Flipping Book, a digital publishing tool, to embed our publications (such as one of our product brochures) on our website, from which users can view, print and download a copy of the publication. Flipping Book stores the amount of views and downloads that our publications receive; however, this data is anonymised and cannot be tracked to specific users.
