Delivery & Returns
Marshalls offer FREE Delivery on ALL orders £900 or more. For orders under a total value of £900, the following delivery charges will apply.
Delivery
- Order value less than £100 = additional £14.95 charge
- Order value less than £100.01 to £200 = additional £27.90 charge
- Order value less than £200.01 to £900 = additional £95 charge
If you are planning to unload Marshalls goods on to the roadside or a pavement, you need to make sure you possess and also comply with the necessary permit(s) from your local authority

Returns
- 30 day returns policy *
- Collection charge of £95 if the product has been delivered
- Full refund if order cancelled before delivery *
- All refunds processed within 14 days (upon receipt of goods being returned).

2 stars is for Marshall as a company not for the slabs. Firstly the slabs are being sold by pallet only. It's not posible to buy in smaller quantities. It's wasteful as you sometimes only need few slabs to finish a job. Secondly Marshalls costumer service was absolutely helpless. I called inquiring about stockists in my area and the answer I've got was " I can't help".... " I don't know where you can buy the slabs in your local area". I found this rather unprofessional. Disappointed with Marshalls and definitely won't be buying again from them.
