Due to the technology of the printing process, the product has a film layer which blocks efflorescence coming to the surface.
Is there a lot of colour variation between batches?

The innovative surface technology used in the manufacture of Infinia effectively minimises colour variation batch to batch; however, complete elimination cannot be guaranteed. To prevent this, we advise product is from the same production for single consecutive areas and during installation, the material is thoroughly mixed on site, drawing from a minimum of three packs simultaneously where possible.
Does Infinia® meet British Standard?

What maintenance does the product require?

Infinia® is very low maintenance and is similar to porcelain. We recommend people avoid using excessively acidic products, and do not use abrasive sponges. We do not recommend the use of polishing machines or waxes. Although Infinia slabs are stain resistant, care must still be taken with spillages and use of cleaning materials.
What subbase should I use with Infinia®?

Installation is no different to ordinary concrete paving.

We advise a rigid bed for patios and flexible (sand or grit bed) for driveways, however it is recommended to use a string line to ensure the required bond pattern is maintained and straight lines are achieved.

How do we recommend cutting Infinia®?

Cutting may be carried out using a water and dust suppressed diamond tipped power saw or a block-splitting guillotine. No specialist blades are required which is advantageous compared to porcelain.
