Yesterday evening, new measures to stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) were announced by the Prime Minister and we'd like to update our customers as a result.

Our priority is always to balance protecting the business with the health and safety of colleagues, while following the UK Government guidelines. Clarity is emerging from Government Ministers that construction and manufacturing is being encouraged to continue and, since the announcement, we have been looking into all areas of the businesses within the Marshalls group – including Edenhall, Marshalls CPM, Premier Mortars and Stonemarket.

We want to help you to minimise the impact of the coronavirus on your business, with this in mind here is our latest update:

Orders and enquiries
We are continuing to take new orders and we are fulfilling those which have already been placed. Whilst the majority of our office based staff are now working from home, you can get still in touch with your usual contact to discuss your requirements, get prices and place orders. For domestic contractors looking for advice and support on the availability of our products please call us on 0345 30 20 700.

Deliveries
As announced last week, our drivers are continuing as normal but using a contactless receipt system and keeping a safe distance from customers. We are not currently experiencing any delays in deliveries.

Manufacturing sites
From close of business today, we will be shutting the majority of our manufacturing sites across all businesses. In the short to medium term this will not have an impact on our ability to meet demand and fulfil orders.

Of course, this is a rapidly changing situation and any plans we put in place are subject to change. We will add further updates if this happens.
Thank you for your support and cooperation at this difficult time.
