Marshalls has once again celebrated the quality and workmanship of its accredited landscape contractors at its prestigious annual award ceremony.
The Marshalls Register Awards held at Oulton Hall, Leeds on Friday 4th March, celebrated the best garden and driveway projects which were designed and installed by members of Marshalls’ national Register scheme in 2015.
Jason Cummings of JSC Paving and Landscaping, based in Poole, Dorset, was crowned ‘Marshalls Contractor of the Year’ after scooping the top prize for the ‘Best Engineering Achievement’ category, and was presented with a brand new Toyota Hilux pickup truck and a stone trophy.
All the award finalists were able to cast their vote for the 11 category winners and their overall contractor of the year through an anonymous online poll.
The Marshalls Register Awards this year attracted over 700 project submissions from 240 accredited landscape contractors and driveway installers from Marshalls’ nationwide network of members - the highest number the awards has seen.
Jason said: “We are very proud to be recognised by fellow contractors and the wider industry. For our project to be crowned number one is a real achievement.
“It was great evening, thank you Marshalls for such a wonderful time and all your continued support.”
David Jessop, Operations Manager of the Marshalls Register said: “It was obvious how much time, effort and skill Jason’s project took to create, and this was recognised by his fellow installers. He is a truly worthy winner.
“We must also congratulate all of this year’s winners and runners up. The Marshalls Register Awards highlight the incredible workmanship that Marshalls accredited contractors deliver to customers, and they really are a credit to the company”
