Last week, for the first time in four years, we held an internal sales conference to share and discuss plans for 2023. Bringing together over 200 of our UK based building and landscape product teams, it was an opportunity to share plans and ideas, whilst celebrating achievements from the past year.

Ian Dean, Managing Director of Marshalls Landscape and Building Products, said:

“Marshalls has changed dramatically since our last sales conference, one of the biggest shifts has been all of our new divisions, which extend our expertise and give our customers more choice too. It was fantastic to get everyone together and look at how we’re reaching, supporting and talking to our customers and how we can make it even easier for them to work with us.”

A number of 2023 projects and plans were launched at the event, including customer experience improvements which will be shared with customers in coming months.
Ian added;

“What was clear from the event was the passion of our people for supporting customers, promoting our products, and about the Marshalls brand and what it stands for. No one in our industry can deny the challenges we’ve faced and continue to face, but we remain committed to offering high quality products and expertise to customers of all our divisions.”
