Marshalls target home owners with new campaign promoting Marshalls high quality products and the Marshalls Register of Approved Contractors.

Through our extensive market research, Marshalls understands that one of the biggest factors discouraging homeowners from committing to a new garden or driveway project is the fear factor of cowboy installers.

Despite the difficult economic conditions homeowners tell us that quality and peace of mind still rate top in their selection of landscaping materials and installers. To combat those fears, the Domestic Marketing team have launched a new campaign targeted at reassuring customers that Marshalls can not only supply the broadest range of high quality paving products but that we are the only company to have a fully assessed and monitored installer register, where they can be re-assured of the best quality service and realise their dreams in terms of their ideal new driveway or garden.

In February and March a direct mail campaign to over 500,000 key target households will be sent out. This is supported by a dedicated web microsite, a consumer email campaign and support materials for the Register Members to reinforce in their own areas.
