Like all businesses, Marshalls has had to take action and make major changes during the pandemic. We announced the latest changes in an update yesterday, including a 3 week furlough for some parts of the business. Today we have announced that we will top up salary levels to 100% for everyone in furlough during this time.
We’re very thankful of our colleagues for their support, flexibility and commitment during this difficult time. Elsewhere across the business, we're continuing our critical work, including serving customers who are working on essential infrastructure projects such as roads and hospitals.
