The Icon Outlet opened in October 2018, as an extension to the famous O2 building. Adding on the additional benefit of a shopping centre to the scheme. Boasting 210,000 square feet, the main contractor was ISG. Also included in the project team were Associated stone group Ltd and Architect RTKL. The team delivered a great scheme utilising Marshalls Natural stone products.
Marshalls were happy to be involved in the process by supplying 7000m2 of buff and grey limestone which were inspected in China with the design team prior to selection. The site also proved a logistical challenge so we would like to thank the transport team in helping to manage the project.
